Delete your data
Crowstastic: Idle Raven Tycoon is made by BizSim Game Studios. There is no account to close - the game is offline by design - so this page is the whole of it: two ways to ask, and an honest list of what goes and what stays.
In the game, in three taps
- Open the game and tap the gear in the top-right corner.
- Scroll to the Privacy section and tap "Delete my data".
- Confirm twice. The second confirmation asks you to type a word, because this cannot be undone.
This erases your save on the device straight away, and asks our servers to erase the records listed below. If the game cannot reach us it says so and finishes the next time you are online. The server half arrives in version 1.0.4 - on an earlier version the in-game control clears the device only, so write to us as well and we will do the rest by hand.
Or write to us
If the app is already uninstalled, or you would rather ask a person, send us a mail with the subject "Data deletion request". We do not need your name or any document. If you still have the game installed, include the player tag shown on the support screen - it is how we find a support thread that was opened without an account.
We answer within 30 days, and usually the same week.
What is removed
- Your save: crows, coins, hoard, progress and settings, erased from the device, and its cloud copies in your Google Play Games account.
- Your invite code and the row that says it is yours.
- The ledger of what friends earned you and what you took.
- Any promo-code bonus recorded against you.
- Your support tickets and every message in them.
What is kept, and why
Three things do not go, and each has a reason we can state:
- Purchase records. Tax law, refunds and payment disputes all need them, and a receipt we can no longer show you is worse for you than one we still hold.
- Rows that record an invite between two players. Each one names you AND the player at the other end, so deleting it would erase somebody else's record of what they were owed. Your identifier is replaced with a one-way code instead; theirs is untouched.
- Counters that stop the invite reward being farmed. They carry no identifier at all - only how many payouts a code has taken.
